The Broome County Public Library invites area teens to try surfing at the library on Thursday, July 15, 4:30pm-7:30pm. Even though we’re not near the ocean, you can still show off your surfing skills on this Mechanical Surfboard! No registration is required for this free event, which will take place in the Library Garden (185 Court Street, Binghamton).
