Snakeskin Snapback Hats Worn by Jay-Z and Kanye West Will Sell for $400

I’m sure you’ve seen Kanye West and Jay-Z milling around with snakeskin laced caps at several different events.
Well, the upscale hats are now available for purchase at $400 a pop.
According to Upscale Hype, the pricey pieces, made with genuine python skin, will be sold at RSVP Gallery starting August 8th.

Angela Simmons to Launch a Saucy, More Mature Clothing Line

Word in the twitterverse is that Angela Simmons will be launching a saucier, more grown up clothing line very soon.
Working with friend and designer Juan Vargas (who we wrote about here), it seems the line with mainly comprise spandex laced mini dresses speckled with sequins:

Lady Gaga in Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2011 Collection

Lady Gaga was seen arriving for her appearance on the morning talk show “The View” in New York covered in Salvatore Ferragamo print from head-to-toe. She wore a black and white hounds-tooth patterned long sleeve dress with matching bag, hat, sunglasses, and pumps straight from the Fall 2011 runway collection. • CFDA womenswear designers of the year, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler must be breathing a sigh of relief, as the sale of their line has been finalized. Through Permira, an investment group that has stakes in Hugo Boss and Valentino, Theory founders John Howard and Andrew Rosen bought 45% of Proenza Schouler. Permira will retain a minority stake in the company. Of the purchase, McCollough and Hernandez say: “We are thankful to VFG for giving us a start, and allowing us to get where we are today…There’s so much we’d like to accomplish and have found the perfect complement in John and Andrew to help us realize our dreams.” (Fashionologie)

A regional shark fishing boat comes back to Playa San Agustinillo, Mexico with the days catch.

San Agustinillo is known as an upscale tourism hub in Mexico on the Pacific coast. Most of these sharks will be finned and the meat sold as "swordfish" in local markets.
